Terri O. December 2020The stained stair carpet was replaced with new, looked great. Curtains/blinds better than before. Still has many nail holes in the plaster, hot tub cover falling apart. Hot tub wasn't working one day but they got it fixed the same day.

My only compaints are that the pool was dirty upon arrival and there was no trash can in the kitchen neither was there a trash receptacle on the property to put my bags of trash. We were a family of 5 and had about 5 bags of trash during our time there. The pool situation was remedied quickly and I am very appreciative for that. The home was roomy and nicely furnished as well.

Location is great, correspondence was great. Stained carpet on stairs, multiple nail holes in the plaster, curtains missing, bent/damaged blinds. Just needs a little attention.

The community and home were great. Looked just like the pics. My only issues were the bed in the master bedroom. It was not a good mattress at all. In addition, their were no instructions for the hot tub. And there were holes in the screen covering the outdoor area, which allowed frogs inside.
