Algarve Villa 1050 is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa set into the hillside and overlooking pine trees in a central location on Vale do Lobo, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants at the lively Praca. This property was renovated to a high standard and features Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a private gated pool.
Algarve Villa 1050 is the perfect holiday family villa, set into the hillside and overlooking pine trees in a central location on Vale do Lobo.
On the Ground floor, the entrance leads to the spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining area. The adjacent TV room has a large TV with satellite channels and DVD player. Sliding doors lead from the lounge to a balcony with staircase down through the terraced garden to the pool.
Fully fitted and a well-equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and microwave.
This beautiful villa has in total of four bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master twin bedroom (beds can be put together) on the same level as the living room, with en-suite bathroom and separate shower space. A staircase leads to the other 3 twin bedrooms.
Bedroom two has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and an interconnecting single bed (suitable for children). Bedroom three has an en-suite shower room and bedroom four has an adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms on this lower level have doors to the terrace leading down to the pool (gated area).
The terrace has a built-in BBQ and from here passing by the flight of stairs we reach the swimming pool surrounded by a child-friendly fence that separates the swimming area from the rest of the garden and villa. The large rectangular pool (10x5m) can be heated upon request (extra fee) and it’s perfect for spending some quality relaxing time.
Algarve Villa 1050 is located in Vale do Lobo just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants at the lively Praca. Walk down for breakfast at Sandbanks restaurant and bar and in the evening enjoy all the facilities of the praça, bar, restaurants, entertainment and more.
