Designed by Thomas Urquijo, one of the most popular designers in Spain, the stunning views complete the impeccable design of this property which has been finished to a very high standard.
This recently refurbished stone house is hidden on a mountain top above Llucalcari overlooking the sea, just a short drive up the hill from Deia and the beach of Cala Deia. It is just a short drive from the village where you will find an array of shops and restaurants.
The estate of 13 hectares of rustic land is surrounded by the Sierra Tramontana, with orange, grapefruit and olive trees. It is a perfect retreat away from it all.
The property is split over two floors and there is private parking both undercover and outside.
The living areas include two lounges, an office, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, various terraces, a garden and a nice size swimming pool with breath-taking sea views.
This luxurious accommodation includes four newly designed bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
