Large kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen). 2 large balconies, large patio 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). This apartment is ideal for allergists as there is no carpet in the property.
Pettneu am Arlberg 6 km from St. Anton: Comfortable 2-family house "Tirol Villa 1189", built in 2003. 400 m from the centre of Pettneu, in a quiet, sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: in winter, use of sauna is included (3 times per week), infrared sauna, central heating system, washing machine, ski boot dryer. Towel change weekly. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 400 m, restaurant, indoor swimming pool 100 m. Sports centre 100 m, skisport facilities 5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, sled run 400 m, cross country ski track 50 m, children's playground 100 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Receptionarea in the winter garden. Free daily use of the new spa in Pettneu (100 m away), closed until December to renovation. It is great place to stay for ski holidays in St.Anton - kind hosts, spacious and well equipped apar...tment, good ski boot dryer, great sauna in the house and possibility to visit local wellnesspark. Ski bus stop is ~ 150 m from the house and it runs every 15 min. (8-11 and 15-18, less frequent 11-15). Thank you for all! P.S. We stayed in this appartment for one week in March 2017. The hosts are super nice people, they very ...friendly, they sat with us and talked about the region, etc. they greeted us with local vodka! There is super nice sauna in this house, beds are comfy, kitchen has everything! It takes 7 minutes for a skier to walk to the skibus - this takes you to St. Anton and off you go skiing. There are perfect running paths just outside of the house. 9 minutes walking distance to the swimming pool - which is free when you're staying in this house. Read More
