Our villa is located in Bellapais, the most special area of Kyrenia. It is located at the foot of the Beşparmak mountains, with a sea view, historical texture and the opportunity to walk on pastoral streets.
In the immediate vicinity, there are bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It is 5 minutes by car to Bellapais Monastery and 15 minutes by walking.
Every year, a music festival is held in the historical Bellapais Monastery. The house has an excellent location. An ideal environment for those seeking peace and quiet.
The space:
Although very close to the city center, it is one of the rare locations where you will find yourself in a peaceful silence between the lush mountains and the blue sea, away from the noise of the city.

The location is superb (over the hill but restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store 2 min by car), the... villa is fabulous and the furniture cannot have been selected by a better taste. Every part of the villa looks stunning and genuine attention to detail. It is super clean and full of space for big families like ourselves. Amazing garden, topped by a very big pool makes this a holiday spot you can see in films. The view from the villa is something you can enjoy several hours a day and the quiet (bar cicadas) makes this a meditating experience. Every room has AC too and the kitchen has enough pots and pans and plates for big families. However, what made our holiday more special was 24/7 availability and response if anything was needed. I will not only stay here again, but will tell all my friends to stay here too if they visit Northern Cyprus. If I could give the place 6 stars, I definitely would. Thank you! Read More
