This 5 Star Villa has a private chef to prepare your meals, daily housekeeping so you can truly relax and personal concierge to arrange restaurant bookings and any tours you would like when in Alanya.
( Please Note! There is a Chefs Menu and food orders must be made 24 hours in advance, there is a cost per person). Please request the menu in advance.
Your private pool can be heated. Pool heat is recommended from Sept until June. Please Note!
Your outdoor Jacuzzi can be heated to 40 degrees.
Dream Villas are set back in the mountains among the pine trees, 5 km from Alanya centre.
You have breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, harbour and ancient castle of Alanya. The Villa has lush gardens with orange and Lemon trees and its own private pool.
The site manager Zulcuff cleans your pool daily. Outside the villa there is a bbq area and a large patio to relax with friends and family.
If you are looking to totally relax then this villa is for YOU. On the ground floor there is a large open plan living room and kitchen area with a down stairs toilet.
So you can relax with all the family together.You will love this villa. The view is majestic, you will love relaxing by your own private pool. The villa also has a TV and Wireless internet.
Refundable Damage Deposit and Electricity Charge!
500 Euro refundable damage deposit paid prior to arrival.
A meter reading will be taken at the start and at the end of your rental period. You will be charged for the electricity used during your stay, this will be taken from your deposit.

Great experience, The place is even better than it looks in the pictures, the view is amazing, perf...ect choice for families and you feel you’re dealing with a friend who’s happy to receive your calls anytime, giving advices and even showing you where to buy your groceries from. We asked to have the pool heated for one day only but we found that Tugra, the manager, didn’t stop the heating system for the whole three days of our stay which was nice of him. Maybe its not a good choice if you don’t have your own car. If you have the opportunity try to explore the mountains and villages behind your stay (drive north),, it’s worth it to give that a one-day road trip ;) Read More
