The villa boasts beautiful and cosy furnishings, including a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Step out onto the patio and enjoy the stunning view of the swimming pool. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available. Head to the lower ground floor (accessed via an exterior staircase) to find another living/dining room with a double sofabed, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Step out to the garden and relax in the double bedroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. A small open kitchen adds convenience. The villa also features a large roofed terrace, patio, terrace furniture, barbecue, and deck chairs, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the sea, mountains, valley, and countryside. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, and free WiFi. Parking space for 3 cars is reserved.
