     This vacation villa has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10 people. This is a great place for large families or groups looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to Disney, which is less than 9 miles away! The large living room has gold-colored walls and a beautiful new sofa set. The kitchen is a decent size and comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you could need to prepare any meal. It also has modern appliances, a good amount of countertop space, and a small breakfast nook with seating for up to 4. This is the perfect place to sit down and have a quick bite to eat.

     If you need a little more space than what the breakfast nook provides, why not eat in the formal dining area. Here, there is seating for up to 6 at the large, rectangular dining table. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and small en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, bedroom 4 has two single beds, and bedroom 5 also has two single beds, which are perfect for younger children. You’ll love the lagoon-shaped pool in the screened-in pool area. It’s perfect for a dip after a long day out in the Florida heat. Alternatively, you have lounge around on one of the sun loungers and work on your tan. If the sun becomes a little too much, you can sit down and admire the view of greenery from the covered lanai.

     Community Description

Clear Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one- and one-half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall.
US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention!
