This brand new 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom, townhome with private splash pool is perfectly located, just minutes to Walt Disney World in Windsor at Westside. This gated 5 Star resort is packed with amenities and entertainment for the whole family. The spacious accommodation is arranged over two floors.
The ground floor features a central family room with fireplace, LCD TV, dining for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. State of the art, fully equipped kitchen. There is a King Suite located on the ground floor with a Smart TV.
Upstairs, you will find 2 Queen bedrooms and two bunk bed rooms. The upstairs bedrooms are arranged around a central loft / recreation area, featuring a smart TV, Large Washer and Dryer upstairs. The home offers complimentary WiFi and free calling to the USA and Canada. Outside, at your own private splash pool, enjoy a relaxing conversation, a swim or just enjoy cooling off in the pool.
Please note. Some of our homes may be furnished with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grill it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.

I want to say thank you too Andy & Diana who were very attentive and helpful through the entire stay... at this amazing house. First and foremost this house was absolutely beautiful, very comforting, accommodating, and spacious. It’s in great location close to many things like restaurants, Walmart, 7-Eleven, Water Park, Local stores etc. The area of the complex is very quite, clean, and safe with security on site. The house was very well kept, and the pool in the back was perfect for me and my guest. Everyone had not only there own bedroom but also there own bathrooms which was great. I would definitely recommend and stay at this house again for sure. We had one small problem with the kitchen sink and even that was fixed super quickly all thanks to Andy for being super attentive. Messaging with the owners was easy and made things super comfortable. TV’s all worked which was great, on-site WiFi worked perfect. Thank you so much for everything again. Read More
