This beautiful Two Story 5 Bedroom 4 Bathroom home located in the much requested Gated Community of West Haven, is just right for your family's next vacation. In West Haven, you are out of the hustle & bustle of the traffic but close enough to the attractions, Disney & Universal, to not have to spend hours driving!
Your vacation home has many special touches to make you feel right at home. A Tiled Foyer and Main Area downstairs, brings all the luxury together as you enter the home.
Formal Dining for 8 and a Sitting Area for reading or relaxing greet you upon arrival. The Grand Columns are a special touch.
The Downstairs provides you with a spacious Gourmet Kitchen w/Stainless Steel Appliances and and Eat In Dinette for coffee breaks. There is a Breakfast Bar for 3. Also boasting a view of the Pool Area from the Eat In Dinette for 4, you will love this Kitchen with Granite Counter Tops, Kitchen Island, Dinnerware, Flatware and Cookware to make meals at home at your leisure.
The main Living Area features comfortable Leather Furniture, a Large Flat Screen TV w/Cable & DVD Player. A view to and access to the inviting Pool & Spa area are available from the Living Area.
The over size Lanai, Pool & Spa will provide you with hours of fun on those Non-Theme Park days or a few moments of relaxation after the hustle and bustle of seeing the sights. Upgraded Patio Furniture and Sun Loungers are available for your enjoyment. A Pool Safety Fence is in place.
Upstairs, two Master Suites share access to the large Balcony. French Doors from both bedrooms take you out to the Balcony overlooking the Pool Area. You will find lovely Patio Furniture on the Balcony. No rear neighbors for a privacy view.
Enjoy the newly added Game Room on your 'days in'. There are Board Games, a Pool Table with Convertible Ping Pong Table Top and Foosball Table for family fun! For your comfort there are bar stools for seating and a portable room fan.

Great home, great for big families, very clean, has pots and pans utensils. The pool was clean and very nice. The only issues was the pool was not heated due to issues with the pool heater and wifi seemed to go in and out, other than that it was great villa.

I would give a 4 star review. This house is very clean with a lovely pool. The directions that were given weren'tas clear as I'd expect them to be. This is close to everything in Orlando/Kissimmee area. If you book this house make sure you take trash bags, dish soap and hand soap they are not provided. Also, if you plan on having your kids in the pool make sure the lights work. On our trip they did not so we had disappointed kiddos when evening/night came. The hot tub wasn't hot at all, after a long day at parks my feet would have appreciated it. I have made some suggestions hoping that they will decide to invest in them or in their description or arrival email those things be listed as what is offered or not. With all that said, I would stay here again.

Andy place was a good stay. It accommodated my family of 9 perfectly. The pool and home was nice and clean. As mentioned in the other reviews it was no pool light to allow swimming at night (only jacuzzi had light). Please make sure you bring any essential items needed NONE was included in the stay. Also if you're cooking for a large family please bring large cookware. The cookware can use updating to accommodate larger families. The house had dorm/small size cookware included. It was hard cooking meals for a family of 9. Communication was good with the owner, location was great. Overall the stay was good and I'll stay again.
