San Jose del Cabo Villa 1010, where the villa is situated, offers a private beach oasis with a host of upscale amenities, ensuring an extraordinary vacation experience.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a world of comfort and sophistication, with 5 lavish bedrooms, each featuring a king, queen, or full-sized bed, along with a private bathroom outfitted with both a shower and bathtub.

The living room, offering breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez, is equipped with an HDTV, satellite TV, and Apple TV for entertainment. The villa also boasts a gourmet kitchen, capable of serving up 5-course meals. For those who wish to maintain their fitness routine, the on-site gym includes a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and dumbbells.

With nearly 300 days of sunshine, guests can make full use of the villa’s heated pool, hot tub, outdoor dining area, palapa, lawn, and barbecue. Just steps from the patio lies a private stretch of soft white sand, creating a secluded beach resort experience. Villa 1010 also has the capacity to host events, such as weddings or corporate retreats, with parking for up to 30 cars and a pool deck that can accommodate 100 guests.

The villa offers daily housekeeping services and a Personal Concierge, available to assist with planning and booking restaurant reservations, activities, chef services, yacht charters, and more. This concierge is "on-call" during your stay, ensuring a seamless vacation experience.
