This house was great - plenty of room for the family. Lots space to spread out. Multiple families co...uld definitely enjoy this house. The pool and hot tub were very nice, a good size - and private with landscaping around the pool. We had a couple problems with the pool heat, that we paid extra for, but they were fixed within 24 hours. We visited over the New Year holiday, and I will say that the neighborhood was quite loud all weekend. I understand New Year's Eve, but the parties went on the entire weekend, some until 4AM. I didn't feel like the quiet hours were enforced at all. That being said, once the weekend was over, we did have a few quiet evenings. Just something to be aware of if you are travelling over a holiday. Houses are really close together and noise can be an issue. Other than that, the home was decorated very tastefully and my entire family enjoyed it. Wish there were some amenities left for future guests to use (pool toys, cleaning supplies, etc) but I understand that's probably not done in order to keep the place looking clean, and with covid restrictions. Our stay was great. Very clean. Property managers helpful and responsive. Beds and bedrooms with on-...suite baths very comfortable. Loved privacy of screened pool area. Neighborhood well kept. I absolutely loved this home! Location was easy to find and close by grocery stores and restaurants.... Home was very clean and in a gated community. We really enjoyed the private hot tub and pool and also the the community pool and waterpark. The waterpark is about a 10 minute walk from the home and about 2-3 minutes if you drive.
