This house was nice and spacious. The location was perfect and convenient to shopping areas and Disn...ey. So you are aware, if you would like the pool heated you’ll have to request that ahead of time and it’s a fee and could take 24-48 hours for the pool to heat up. Also you have to request the grill if you wish to bbq and they will deliver it to you. You will get the numbers to call in your arrival email but you may not get it in a timely manner. We had a nice stay. House was very clean. Spacious. Nicely decorated. Our kids loved the Star Wars t...hemed bunk bed room. We liked there were as many full bathrooms as bedrooms. Location is close to parks and everything you could possibly need. Seemed like a safe area and community. Nice clubhouse with lazy River, bar, sandy beach area, pool and activities. Andy communicated quickly when questions did arise. A couple things to note, though didn’t affect my rating, house is minimally stocked compared to others I’ve stayed in. I think there was an email sent to us ahead of time that said this though, so we were aware. You will need to buy/bring your own dish soap and trash bags for instance. There are minimal amount of bath towels and wash cloths. So if planning to use the pool or traveling with a large group, bring some of your own or bring detergent and wash often. There was enough for my family of 4, but it was also too cold to use the pool. Also, there were a lot of remotes for TV’s and we had some trouble figuring some TV’s out. Maybe a quick little written step by step instructional for us non technologically advanced folks would be helpful ;) I think the main TV downstairs is only some sort of streaming internet TV, though it does seem you could log into your own Disney+, etc and stream content that way.
