Upper floor: 4 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 large children's room with 6 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Wooden floors. Small balcony, north-west facing position, terrace 32 m2, south-east facing position, large garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the countryside and the canal. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. On the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Oudenburg, in the district Oostende, in a quiet position, 6 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 2'500 m2, large, well-kept garden with lawn 1'500 m2, swimming pool heated (9 x 4 m, 30.04.-03.10.) with internal staircase and shutter cover. Fireplace. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bakery 3 km, railway station "Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Bredene" 6 km, nudist beach 7 km. Marina 7 km, surf school 6 km, riding stable 3 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 8 adults + 6 children groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene, 6 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
