Private: property 30'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 600 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, railway station "Asti" 22 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
