     Through the foyer, you have access to the second floor and the game room, before it leads you into the spacious living area. Here, the entire family can relax comfortably around a large screen TV and you are able to access the pool deck. Enjoy a meal together at the dining area, with enough seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, has plenty of walking room, and bar seating enough for 4. 

     With air hockey, a pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard, the game room is the perfect spot to hang out and unwind. There are also 4 gaming stations with large screen TVs and comfortable seating. 

     Throughout the home, there are a total of 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 1 half bath. There is also a loft with comfortable seating and a large screen TV, making it the perfect place for movie night.  

     The pool area has patio seating for 4 and a grill, great for a night dining outside. If you want to cool down from the Florida heat, the pool, with a spillover spa, is the perfect place to do that.

• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.


• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.


• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
