The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean—truly a luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of, always with a smile and so attentive to our needs. Patrick was our concierge and helped us every step of the way! And the food? It was out of this world—every meal prepared by our chefs, Quetza and Liz, was a flavor explosion! And our butler, Francisco, is our absolute favorite! We have had the pleasure of having him on all three of our Cabo Platinum vacations. Whether we were enjoying breakfast by the beach or a gourmet dinner, everything was top-notch. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to have a memorable and hassle-free vacation. Can't wait to return!

We have stayed at many different places in Cabo San Lucas and this was our favorite house yet. It has direct beach access, is all on one level, and included an amazing staff. Our house manager, Fabiola, made sure we were stocked with food and drinks throughout the trip and our butler, Arturo, was incredible! He was kind, respectful, and helpful with whatever we needed! It was our first time traveling with an infant and Fabiola helped us out with baby rentals and let me know about their babysitting services. She was extremely responsive during our stay and a delight to work with! I highly recommend reserving a chef at least once during your stay. Our chef was Jorge and he made the most delicious fajita dinners for us. (he said his favorite to cook is Italian) Presentation, ambiance, and food were all 10/10. It was a dream vacation!

Cabo Platinum is TOP TIER! From start to finish. I’ve planned trips with this company for several years now. Their service has always been great. However, my birthday/girls trip was absolutely EPIC. The concierge service was impeccable. Fabiola (our concierge) is extremely knowledgeable about all thing Cabo San Lucas. I gave her an idea of what I wanted to experience during my stay, and like a genie in a bottle she made sure it all happened. It made our stay a true vacation because we didn’t have to lift a finger or figure anything out. Ask for Luis (butler service) was incredible! But let’s not forget about the chef service, specifically Evan. He can prepare anything. The food was also phenomenal. Villa Serena does not disappoint. Beautiful location, updated, clean and centrally located. So far, Villa Serena is my favorite beachfront property with Cabo Platinum Noteworthy details: Beautiful beachfront Infinity pool Amazing view

Villa Serena was an Amazing house with great amenities, views and the chef service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Chef Quetza cooked for every meal and we loved every detail and meal that was served!
