Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, dining nook and satellite TV. Shower, sep. WC, Sauna. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC and satellite TV. Cosy, rustic, comfortable chalet "Aualm", 1'700 m a.s.l., surrounded by meadows and fields. 2 houses in the residence. 11 km from the centre of Forstau, 12.5 km from the centre of Radstadt, 12 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, elevated position, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. In the house: sauna, infrared sauna, spa area, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. 6 km long bumpy motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking, in winter 6 km. Thermal baths "Alpentherme Alpenmarkt" 16 km. Golf course (27 hole) 13 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 11 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region Reiteralm. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Arrival via mountain railway (please note: opening hours from 09:00 until 15:30). The chalets are located a little beneath the Trinkeralm and can only be accessed via the ski lifts Forstau-Trinkeralm (in operation from December 21 onwards) followed by a short ski-run. Please note that the final ascent is daily at 3:30 pm. The landlord will transport your luggage by snowmobile. Transport of groceries on demand. In addition, bean to cup coffee maker, blender and beer dispenser in the kitchen cum living room (beer delivery on request and payment on-site).
