Welcome to this gorgeous 5 Bedroom 5.5 Bath home situated in the Legends Corner neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort. This 4,922 Sq. Ft home has a stunning view overlooking the Reunion golf course!
Enjoy the luxury of this beautifully designed home with a private home theater room, 120" screen, movie posters and 8 comfortable movie theater style seating for the entire family to enjoy their favorite movie or show!
With an open planned floor plan, the living area is bright and spacious with a large "L-shape" sofa before a large 60" Flat Screen TV. The stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops includes a sink in kitchen island. The kitchen includes a Keurig, electric kettle and 5 burner stove top. Around the corner you will find ample seating for all of your guests with a breakfast bar with seating for 4 , dining table with seating for 6 and formal dining room that seats 10.
The loft features a pool table, 70" TV, a huge Wall Scrabble, and a multi arcade gaming table for hours of fun! The character themed master bedroom includes two queen beds, a 32" mounted flat screen TV, Xbox, as well as an en-suite bathtub/shower combo. The Full/Full bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom bathtub/shower combo and mount 55" flat screen TV.
The upstairs en-suite king master bedroom has a private entrance to the patio to enjoy the views of the resort golf course and private pool area and 42" SMART TV. The second upstairs en-suite king master bedroom has a beautiful view and private entrance to the balcony, 42" SMART TV as well as a double sink bathroom, large garden tub and separate standing shower.
The private infinity pool has a spillover spa and beautiful waterfall. The pool deck has 3 sun loungers. The pool area includes a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill. The patio dining table seats 8.
