Villa Mavi is a beautiful, newly built villa located on the coast in Aleomandra; it boasts grand open plan living areas set within a 4,000m2 plot which overlooks the Aegean Sea, with olive trees and many other Mediterranean plants.

The modern 350m2 interior is beautifully decorated, while the vast outdoor area features a huge, resort style “Beach Entry” pool (25m x 17m), BBQ, Jacuzzi, several dining areas, a pool bar and lounge, and a choice of sitting areas where guests may relax on a warm summer's day before enjoying the magnificent sunset. The property also features a private gym and massage room for those looking to briefly up the tempo.

The main house hosts an open plan fully equipped kitchen, the main living room, a guest WC (ground floor) and 3 en-suite bedrooms which open to private balconies (first floor). A guest house with independent entrance is located near the main house at the ground level of the property.

The gym, the massage room and the second guest house with independent access and kitchenette are located at the lower garden area.

Refundable security deposit €5000+ due prior to check in and will be refunded 3-5 days after check out.

“Disney Family Fun Made Easy! We absolutely loved our stay at this Solara Resort property (townhome 6279)—it was everything described and more, and the location couldn't be better (just minutes from Disney World). The open first-floor layout was a dream—huge kitchen, cozy family room, spacious dining area, and easy pool access—perfect for gathering as a family (and sneaking snacks in between park days). Our granddaughter was over the moon about the Moana-themed bedroom, and the Star Wars room had the adults geeking out too! With two king suites (one upstairs, one downstairs), a queen, two sets of twins, and even a pull-out couch, the house can easily and comfortably fit a crew of 10–12. We had the perfect balance of together time and quiet space when needed. Extras that made our stay even better: -Parking right out front (so convenient!) -Kitchen amply stocked with plates, pots/pans, utensils -Plenty of TVs with cable + smart options -Ice-cold AC (lifesaver after Florida sun!) -Well maintained property with excellent communication from the property manager Our family had a fantastic time here and felt completely at home.
