"Lloret de Mar Villa 1004" is a 7-room villa spanning 500 m2, offering a spacious and bright atmosphere with very comfortable furnishings. The living/dining room comes equipped with a TV and leads to a terrace where you can soak in the views. There is a cozy double bedroom with a French bed and TV on the main floor, along with a large open kitchen featuring all the necessary appliances and a dining table. The upper floor boasts 4 more double bedrooms with French beds, as well as a room with twin beds. Two additional showers/bidet/WC are located on this level, allowing for convenience and comfort.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and lawn, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a covered balcony where you can unwind while taking in the breathtaking panoramic view of the sea, swimming pool, and garden.
