7-room villa 400 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Dining room. 1 double bedroom with open-hearth fireplace and shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom. Large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC, bath/shower/WC. Facilities: washing machine, telephone, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Access via a small arbour with wood-fired stove. On the first floor: the single bedroom connects to a large bathroom with jet massage tub, shower and twin wash hand basins. The balcony has stone stairs. Electric coffee machine. The villa's annex is composed of a 3-storey apartment (55 m2). On the ground floor with luxurious and tasteful furnishings: Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with dining table and exit to garden. 1st floor: Lounge, open fireplace, TV/DVD, exit to garden. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, shower/WC/bidet. Courtyard. NB: The annex building is an "open space house". Available to guests: American and Italian coffee machine, iron and hair dryer.
Sieci 19 km from Firenze: Detached house and annex building with a total of 9 rooms (7+2), 455 m2 (400+55 m2). The main building was a watch tower in the Middle Ages. 400 m above sea level, 8 km from Sieci and 19 km from Firenze. The property has been fully renovated and carefully furnished, combining antique and rustic furniture. In a panoramic position with beautiful views of the hilly countryside around Florence, surrounded by olive groves, woods and meadows. Equipped outdoor areas with pergola and pizza oven. Forest paths with lake.Train connection to Florence, good connections to/from Pisa airport and/or Florence. Central heating. Midweek cleaning on the request (extra). Wood oven. The house was perfect. The way in to the house was a bit rough but overall, the property bested ever...ything else. The rooms were spacious, kitchen and living room was just right. The bbq and the pizza oven was wonderful. We were just sorry that we could only stay for 4 nights. The playground, garden, pool area were all just so very good. Read More
