Welcome to this wonderful 6 bedroom Villa located on the popular Highlands reserve community. King master suite, 2 Queen bedrooms and a futher 3 bedrooms each with two twin beds giving plenty of space to acomodate up to 12 guests.
The beautifully appointed kitchen and breakfast area has everything you need. Should you wish to dine at home, our fabulous dining area will provide the perfect setting. There are three further bedrooms, each with TV/DVD's plus two more bathrooms. The villa also has a double garage and laundry room. So whether you are on a family holiday checking out the Parks, or simply looking for a bit of golf and relaxation, this really is the perfect setting. Private pool and spa and a game room with pool table.
Downstairs bedroom
#1 King master suite with a walk in closet, TV, dresser, nightstands and lamps. Private en suite bathroom with a large tub bath, twin vanity sinks and a walk in shower.

Highlands Reserve is one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses located approximately 40 minutes south west of Orlando International. Airport, on US27 just 5 minutes north of Highway I4. Within Highlands, our Villa is located away from the main road, on Northampton Drive . The Club House is a one minute walk away..!! Local shops and amenities are a two minute drive, with plenty of restaurants located along US192 only 10 minutes away by car. If you fancy a trip out to the Coast, you'll find either the Gulf or Atlantic just an hour away in either direction. Perfect also for checking out the Kennedy Space Centre or Busch Gardens. Orlando International 40 minutes. Sanford International 50 minutes. Tampa International 1 hour. Miami International three and a half hours.
