7-room villa 400 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Luxurious and tasteful furnishings: living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Dining room. 1 double bedroom with open-hearth fireplace and shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 large double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom. Large living/sleeping room with 1 double bed and open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the balcony.
