Ibiza Villa 1069 secluded grounds are just metres from one of Ibiza’s most famous sunset beaches. Cala Conta’s golden sands and clear turquoise waters are beautiful by day, but at dusk they have a special magic. And, at Ibiza Villa 1069, you’re just a short walk away.
This elegant, modern villa is perfectly positioned to make the most of the panoramic sea views and glorious Ibizan sunsets. Sitting in a 15,000m2 plot filled with tall, fragrant pine trees and tranquil gardens, spacious terraces span out from the property, offering a myriad of places to relax and enjoy the Ibizan sunshine.
The stunning 20m x 4m pool features a chlorine-free osmosis cleaning system and jaw-dropping infinity views to the sea glittering on the horizon. Laze on a poolside lounger or daybed on the wide wooden deck. Or head to the shaded pergola with sofa seating for fourteen people for a cooler spot to relax.
This is an idyllic spot to kick back and enjoy the sun setting over the water, or to chill with friends at the end of the night.
Closer to the house, another wide terrace boasts a vast, rustic dining table, seating fourteen, ideal for summer entertaining. Sit out here to enjoy the scents and sounds of the gardens or bask in the sea views.
The interiors are a calming blend of cool white walls, polished floors and plush, soft furnishings in soft, creamy whites. A large lounge space, with sofa seating overlooking the pool, and a formal dining area, seating ten, opens onto the sunny terrace. Beyond this, a cosy den houses a cinema-style TV.
The large family kitchen is very well-equipped, with sunny garden views.
The six double bedrooms are equally elegant. Huge windows and sliding glass doors allow the light to flood in, so guests can enjoy the glorious views. The cool white walls and polished floors continue throughout, with luxurious bathrooms and soft, white linens.
