     5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 4766. 

     If you are on a mission to find the perfect accommodation for your upcoming trip to Orlando, you have reached the right place. Explore the comforts and conveniences in a spacious rental home. Located in the Windsor Hills resort community, this gorgeous rental home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It has an open floor concept with separate living, dining, and sleeping areas. You can enjoy a convenient stay while traveling with family and friends. It has the right mix of private and common areas so you can spend quality time with your loved ones.

     The large living room is a perfect place for movie nights and game nights. There are two living rooms for your choice. Find a comfortable seating arrangement in the living room where you can hang out with your group. It offers incredible views from the window and has a large flat-screen television for your entertainment. Enjoy gourmet meals in the dining room featuring a large dining table.

     All the bedrooms offer a relaxing and comfortable ambiance with modern décor, premium furnishing, and convenient cabinets. You can choose the right style of bedroom from a range of options. For example, two bedrooms have king-size beds, two bedrooms have queen beds, and two rooms have twin beds.
 
     We offer a long list of standard amenities to make you feel at home. You can use high-speed internet access for your office work and stay connected with your contacts. Do not worry about packing many sets of clothes as we offer an in-unit washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. Enjoy uninterrupted games in the dedicated games room.
 
     Here, you can find a pool table, dartboard, Wii system with games, and an air hockey table. You can find many restaurants and food joints within a short distance from the rental home. But, if you would like the freedom of preparing your own food, you can head to the fully equipped kitchen for your meals. The kitchen has granite countertops with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and sleek cabinetry. You can use different appliances such as dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, cooking range, coffee maker, and toaster.

     When you choose to stay at the Windsor Hill Resort, you can enjoy plenty of resort amenities at no additional charges. This gated community is located close to Walt Disney World within a short distance of 2.5 miles. You can also head to the restaurants, bars, cafes, food joints, and stores in the vicinity. There are many amenities such as a huge resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, two massive water slides, an interactive splash pad for children, and many playgrounds. Sports lovers can enjoy the basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball, video arcade and billiards, and a 9-hole mini-golf course.
 
     Take advantage of free on-site parking, 24/7 on-call maintenance, complimentary wireless internet, and rental items at the resort. We are happy to help our guests with the best quality products and the highest level of dedicated service.

     As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wrist bands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.  The number of wristbands per unit is as follows:

2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 6 wrist bands
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wrist bands
4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wrist bands
5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wrist bands
6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wrist bands
No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.

     All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

     Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
