Exit to the veranda. Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Playroom. Living room with open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. 1 small room with 1 bed. 1 double bedroom with shower. Kitchenette (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 175 - 300 cm with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. 2 double bedrooms. Bath/bidet/WC. Garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). The bathroom on the second floor has a hydromassage bath.

Florence Villa 1059 is situated in the Pistoia hills approx. 400 m above sea level. Ideal for those who enjoy relaxing holidays, far from the city, the villa is situated in a lovely position, ideal for spending time on the Versilia beaches (approx. 65 km) as well as for visiting the art cities which are part of Tuscany's history: Lucca (approx. 50 km), Pisa (approx. 75 km), Siena (approx. 110 km). Guests can use the synthetic grass tennis courtwhich can also be used as a football pitch. Fitness equipment. Villa "Florence Villa 1059", detached, renovated in 1997. 10 km from the centre of Pistoia, 45 km from the centre of Firenze, 70 km from the centre of Forte dei Marmi, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, 70 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 15'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 cm, 14.05.-24.09.). Tennis (1 x hard court), garden furniture, barbecue.
