We stayed in the ville in July 2019 with three couples including 3 children. The villa was very comp...lete, clean and spacefull. XXX and XXX were good hosts. They are always available, but are very discrete. They live in the villa themselves in winter. The only remark we could make is that you need a 25 min drive to Pistoia, the nearest city and access to highways to main Tuscan highlights, which is more than expected. What an amazing place. Peace and tranquility after days out to nearby Pisa / Lucca / Florence and ot...her local beauty spots. Not so keen on the noisy cicadas - but hey, that's part of the Italian life.
