7-room house 230 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Rustic and stylish furnishings: large living room with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. Exit to the garden, to the veranda. Open dining room. Large double bedroom. Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the veranda. Bath or shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. 1 small room, without wardrobe with 1 x 2 bunk beds, shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Bath/bidet/WC. Facilities: washing machine, safe, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The lower floor corresponds to the basement. Two upper floor bedrooms have access to the balcony. Firewood for consumption.
Villa Tuscany Villa 1011, stone property beautifully renovated, is located 6 km from San Gimignano and is surrounded by a lovely landscape with vineyards, olive groves and woodland which is typical of this area in the heart of Tuscany, ideal starting point for excursions the most important Tuscan cities of Florence and Siena (50 km) and Pisa (70 km). For relaxation of the guests tended garden and the swimming pool with terrace. Part of the house is surrounded by a covered loggia with a fireplace that offers the possibility to eat outside. Among the 8 ha of land belonging to the property there is also a part woodland where you can go walking or jogging on a road of 1.5 km. The decor was tastefully done and is typical of Tuscan farmhouses: tiled floors and wooden beams that give the whole rustic and harmonious atmosphere. Villa "Tuscany Villa 1011".
