There will be an access fee for utilizing the clubhouse facilities. The access fee will be a single charge per stay and will be as follows:

• For groups of up to 12 guests: $35
• For groups of 13 or more guests: $45

Please note that this fee is required to be settled directly at the resort. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you use credit cards or debit cards for payment; unfortunately, cash will not be accepted for this transaction. Additionally, to ensure a seamless check-in process for all guests arriving at the community, we kindly ask that you have the following information readily available:

• The rental property address.
• Check in and check out date and Number of guests.
• Identification that matches the reservation name.
• License plate information for the primary vehicle.
