I’ve come to Orlando a million and one times but these were by far the BEST hosts. The check in proc...ess was effortless, the home was beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. If/when there was a concern there it was immediately assessed. They even actually returned my call when I left a message and it was after they closed (who does that anymore). The stay was great and the checkout process is simple and they even give all unopened food/drinks to the homeless. The only part I could complain about was the community gate was always backed up when trying to enter the community. Other than that, I plan to only book a home if it’s a part of 5 Star Villa Holiday going forward. Read More
