In the house: central heating system. 1.7 km long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Shop 5 km, restaurant 5 km. Golf course 15 km, tennis 10 km. Please note: car recommended. Facilities: BBQ plancha. Boules pitch in front of the house. Lake at 150m. Included in the rental: 2 hours of cleaning per week and 1 change of linen for stays of a minimum of 14 days. On request, extra, possible to secure the services of a caterer or chef. Deposit Breakage deposit in cash EUR 500.00 fixed price paid at check in.
