Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 showers/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. 3nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 2 terraces. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: mosquito net, children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The main building is suitable for 8 persons, the apartment next door (including kitchen) is suitable for 4 persons. Two terraces from 200 m2 - 300 m2.

This old countryhouse was a splendid environment for the whole family. All of us enjoyed its history... and fantastic overlooks. By two cars we drowe around the cities and paved countryroads through villages. Villa Monteloro is convinient accommodation for everyone. Four floors may cause problems for handicapped. The Villa was beautiful with gorgeous views! The location was perfect...just 15 minutes or so to Flo...rence but far enough away that it was quiet and not at all like being in a city. We had a party of 12 and it worked for us perfectly with plenty of space. The only suggestion I have is screens on the windows in the main kitchen. It gets pretty warm in there and the mosquitos were vicious this year. It would be really nice to be able to open the windows and allow the breeze to flow through. We hope to return someday soon!
