5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 1437. This home is situated in the prestigious new Champions Gate development, close to Disney and Reunion and just off Highway 27 and Highway 192. A quick drive to Disney (12 miles), and only a few minutes from Interstate 4 to get to Universal, this is the ideal base for a great Orlando vacation.

This home boasts over 3,000+ sq ft for you and your family to relax and unwind from long days at the park. This home has a large open floor plan easy for entertaining large families, and groups. The living area features plenty of seating around the large LCD TV, and adjacent is the dining area with seating for 8, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The property has OneKing master bedrooms located on the firstfloor plus another Queen Bedroom . Both have en suite baths with walk in showers . There is a King size bedroom located on the second floor for added .Threeother rooms complete the second floor with twin size beds plus another Queen suite

Make the most out of your vacation, the home also has large sotting area upstairs with large LCD TV for those days where you just want to stay in and enjoy this fabulous home. Catch up on your favorite movies whilst lounging on the large sectional sofa. The property also has a fully air conditioned games room complete with pool table, foosball, and air hockey .

This was a great home for our vacation. Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was warm! The locatio...n within the community was good. You could hear it getting rowdy in some places when out front, but when indoors or in back it was quiet. Home was clean upon arrival. Everything worked great. Management is extremely prompt. We (group of 25 adults) had a great time staying here and had plenty of room for everyone! The only ...negative is once you get into the house, you'll be in contact with a rental management company as opposed to the actual owner of the house. The owner of the house was super sweet and helpful, and the management company was too, until I brought up a minor issue I had and then they just stopped responding to me. Overall, a great place for a large group of people - the pool in the backyard was super nice and the neighborhood pool/lazy river/clubhouse was a 5-10 minute walk.
