Villa Vie is located halfway up a mountain, allowing a bird’s eye view of the island from Bophut headland all the way across Chaweng. The location is merely 15-minutes away from the airport. A 10-minute drive also takes you to Central Samui and the vibrant beachside restaurants of Chaweng, Koh Samui’s most active nightlife area. Fisherman’s Village, a more sophisticated and equally beautiful stretch of shops and beachside restaurants is 20-25 minutes away by car.

The estate, halfway up the mountain, is accessed via very steep roads, best traversed on four-wheel drives. At the base of the mountain, you will find supermarkets, local eateries and a taxi stand. It is recommended that you hire a car with a driver for your island excursions. Having a car on stand-by will give your group peace of mind so you can head out whenever you wish, even if it is to have a drink or pick up something from the supermarket.
