Looking for somewhere large? How does a 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation villa with private pool with a spa (resting area of the pool) and games room sound? Read on learn more. As you enter the front door, there is a lounge that has a sectional sofa and a 100" HD projection screen, perfect for watching movies via Xbox, along with a selection of both family-friendly and adult-oriented board games for your entertainment on days away from the parks. The garage has an all-purpose games floor with a 7ft commercial quality "Bar Box" pool table. There is a tennis/ping pong table and a dartboard. Unlike any games room you will come across, this has air conditioning too so you can enjoy the fun all year round. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator) as well as all the small appliances you could possibly need, including a kettle, toaster oven, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and all pots and pans, too. There is also a center island with plenty of room for preparing and serving food. The dining table has seating for 6 and there is also a breakfast nook table with seating for 4. Adjoining the kitchen is another lounge with a sectional sofa and large screen TV with cable and Netflix.
From the kitchen there are patio doors, leading to a very impressive pool and spa area with (pool heat is NOT available at this property) extended pool deck and access to eight sun loungers. In addition to two tables with enough seating for your entire party to enjoy the Florida sunshine and golf course view, a bar-height table for 4 overlooks the run-up to the 1st hole. For your outdoor cooking needs, a charcoal grill (with propane starter for easy lighting) is provided. There are 7 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a garden tub, shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms are equipped with 49" 4K Smart TVs with cable and Netflix. 5 other bedrooms are available, comprising of a queen, 2 additional king beds, a twin over full bunk beds (with a small office area and wireless printer) and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a 40" HD Smart TV. Each bedroom and some other areas of the home have popular movie poster prints to remind us of some of the greatest movies.
Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
