This incredible 8 bedroom Villa is situated at Champion's Gate, a quick trip of less than 15 minutes to the happiest place on Earth and home to the thrilling Oasis water park right down the road!
Orlando Villa 4317 sleeps up to 19 guests comfortably with six king sized suites and a themed bedroom with bunk beds! There are bedrooms across both floors creating spacious living quarters and privacy for the whole family.
The excitement of having your own vacation home does not end with a home theater at your disposal complete with black leather recliners and a games room with a ping pong and pool table! Don't forget to take some time out to relax in your very own private pool and spa where you can enjoy the Florida sunshine right outside your patio doors.

Deborah C. April 2021This home far exceeded our expectations. Very roomy. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and adults. Beds were comfy. Game room added another layer of fun for all.
Derek H. April 2021Three families stayed very comfortably in this home. Check-in was easy and communication was great with quick responses with Mark as well as Jeeves, the property management company. The house was clean and pretty well stocked with towels and other essentials. We did have a few issues -- the hot tub was low, there was not a hose at the property but a neighbor let us borrow one to fill, however it just started draining again. Jeeves came once to fix it, but must not have done so correctly, 2nd time they came out it was fixed but we were only able to really use the hot tub for two of our six nights. Jeeves also showed up one day unannounced and entered the house, startling my mother in law who was staying at the house for the day with the baby. The upside to this was that they were bringing back a new full sized dryer as there was just a small temporary unit in the home. Other than that, the kids never really wanted to leave the pool. They also loved the game room and had some fun ping pong tournaments. We did have some noisy neighbors and another set of neighbors that checked in during our last couple of days that played loud, explicit music all day long. Thankfully, our kids were mostly oblivious to it. One of the main reasons we chose this area to stay was for the clubhouse pool -- we thought the kids would like the lazy river and slides. They did, but still preferred the house pool as the clubhouse pool was VERY crowded. That was to be expected though as it was spring break after all. But what really kept us from going back to the clubhouse was the hassle of having to sign everyone in each time and get wristbands, not to mention, the staff working were incredibly unfriendly. It was really unfortunate. All in all, it was a good, relaxing stay and always good to spend time with family we don't get to see often enough.

This was a perfect home for a family weekend getaway. Pool. Hot tub. Game tables in the garage added to our time together. Plenty of rooms and sleeping space to get a good nights sleep for more fun the next day!

Clean, everything in working order. No issues during stay, water was hot for showers. Pool and hot tub were great. I was not a fan of the charge for using a gas grill, which we passed on. We may have used it but this is the first unit we stayed in that in that had a fee for it. This was our 3rd year staying in ChampionsGate. Overall, it was a great experience

We had a group of seven golfers and this home was perfect. Everyone had a separate bedroom with one left over. Roomy, clean, great tv and theatre room. Would love to stay here again.
