     Welcome to Westside Deluxe. You and your family will immediately love this wonderful vacation home from the moment you take a step inside. The great room has a large plush sofa and chairs for everyone to gather around and watch TV together. The decor is modern and accented with glass coffee and end tables. There's plenty of room at the dining table that seats 10 for a large family meal. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and necessities you'll need to make a home-cooked meal for the holidays or just prepare a quick snack to go. The breakfast bar has additional bar stools available.

     When you've had a long day out at the theme parks, shopping, or exploring the Orlando area you'll be glad to come back to a refreshing swim in the pool or soaking in the spa to relax your body. Take your meals out to the patio table or lounge around the pool sharing conversations about the adventures you've had. Get lost in thought while looking out to the lake behind the home.

     Everyone can stay entertained all around this home. In the converted garage media room put on your favorite flick and recline in the comfy theater chairs. Challenge someone to a game of pool in the loft area.

     Downstairs bedrooms include the master room with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanity, bathtub, walk-in shower, and 2 walk-in closets. There's even a private entryway to the pool area. The other downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a shared bathroom close by. Upstairs you'll find 2 additional suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. There are 2 more bedrooms with king-sized beds and 2 bedrooms the kids will adore, one of these has a custom-built bunk bed!

     When you're at this home away from home everyone will surely have a great vacation enjoying everything this home has to offer.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm


• Check-out time is 10:00 am


• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed


• Tax is not included in nightly rates


• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays


• Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival


• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents


• Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote


• Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.


• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.


• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.

• The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
