Tuscany Villa 1134, located in a hilly position in the heart of the Chianti Classico, consists of two units, the farmhouse which is divided into three apartments (for 14 people) communicating with each other from the outside and the annex (for 02 people) country house "Tuscany Villa 1134", 400 m a.s.l.. 2 houses in the residence. 5.8 km from the centre of Castellina in Chianti, 26 km from the centre of Siena, 42 km from the centre of Firenze, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. Private: garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 240 cm, 01.04.-31.10.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Motor access to the house (1.5 km via unmade road). Roofed, parking on the premises.
