     This 8 bedroom wheelchair accessible home, located at the Encore Club, is less than a 10 minute drive to the happiest place on Earth, Walt Disney World! Their 4 incredible theme parks are conviently located for you and your loved ones to experience and enjoy all while on vacation in the heart of Orlando! The Encore Club also offers exclusive amenities right on property including a waterpark with thrilling drop and twisting slides, multiple restaurants and bars, and an amenity center with a fitness room and kid's area! This property is in the prime location of backing onto the clubhouse with the waterpark in perfect view.
Sleeping up to 16 people, Orlando Villa 4428 has bedrooms across both floors including a children's bedroom themed Sea World's Manta ride'! The upper floor loft area is also the perfect place to gather the family and watch your favorite movies on a large flat screen TV with a sectional and 2 accent chairs!
This home is wheelchair accessible with a zero entry pool and chair lift, which requires signing a liability waiver. The downstairs master is equipped with a zero entry shower and a lower sink for wheelchair accessibilty. A fiberglass wheelchair is provided in the home and can be used upon signing a liability waiver.
