Turkey is a huge country so it has a number of busy airports. The largest airports in Turkey are Istanbul Airport and Antalya Airport. However the smaller airports of Dalaman Airport, Milas - Bodrum Airport and Izmir are popular options for resorts, with connections available between Turkey's airports.
It's possible to visit Turkey for much of the year with warm temperatures from April all the way through to mid October.
April to May and September to October are an option if you want warm weather, quieter resorts and temperatures remaining in the twenties. In April and October you'll find weather in the low twenties rising to mid to high twenties in May and September.
From July to August you can expect the hottest weather with temperatures of around 30 - 33°C.
