Protaras Villa 1429 is located in a tranquil hill near the heart of Central Protaras. The location of the villa is ideal for a family vacation as within walking distance you will find everything Central Protaras has to offer, bars, restaurants, children playgrounds, pharmacies, clinic and of course the best beaches in Cyprus.
Protaras Villa 1429 is a new, spacious & contemporary house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with modern furniture, large screen TV, fireplace and a guest WC.
The large glass doors of the living room open up to a spacious covered patio equipped with comfortable garden furniture and dinning table and chairs.
The second floor offers two double bedrooms both en-suite and with distant sea views. In total Protaras Villa 1429 can comfortably accommodate 4 persons in beds.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Protaras Villa 1429 has the best to offer in this respect. The large swimming pool is situated in a spacious lawn covered plot and surrounded by mature trees and aromatic plants. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs on a beautiful breezy patio by the pool as well as a large BBQ.
In the same plot there is a second house similar to Protaras Villa 1429 that is not available for rentals but is sometimes occupied by the owners. In most cases the whole garden and pool area is private for the guests of Protaras Villa 1429 but in some occasions the pool may be shared with the owners of the second villa.
Protaras Villa 1429 is walking distance to the Central Protaras Strip where you will find all the main bars, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, clinic, general amenities and the best beaches of Cyprus all with white sand and crystal clear blue water.
Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want.

Nice modern house where you feel at home. The garden is very nice and private facing the hill, and i...s ideal for relaxing and sun bathing around the pool. Close to the shopping and restaurants. Kitchen could be better equipped and missing basic things like cutting board and peeler, and needs more wine glasses. It is not possible to access with a stroller, so a slide of some kind could be useful. Both pool guy and gardener accesses the house over the bushes in the backyard and doesn’t knock on the door, which is really invading your privacy and you cannot be sure when you are alone. Read More
