The rooms were absolutely beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean—truly a luxurious experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and taken care of, always with a smile and so attentive to our needs. Patrick was our concierge and helped us every step of the way! And the food? It was out of this world—every meal prepared by our chefs, Quetza and Liz, was a flavor explosion! And our butler, Francisco, is our absolute favorite! We have had the pleasure of having him on all three of our Cabo Platinum vacations. Whether we were enjoying breakfast by the beach or a gourmet dinner, everything was top-notch. This is the perfect place for anyone looking to have a memorable and hassle-free vacation. Can't wait to return!

Our stay at Hacienda Beach Club was INCREDIBLE! From the scheduled airport shuttle driver, check-in staff, personal concierge, pool and beach staff, security gate staff, restaurant staff, etc....they were all so friendly and helpful to us. Our personal concierge, Patrick, was fantastic. He helped us with all the details for our time there. He helped us schedule a personal chef to cook for us in our villa one night, he also helped us plan an amazing catamaran excursion where we were so fortunate to see LOTS of whales! It was the highlight of our trip. The property is the PERFECT blend of clean, safe and elegant, but still close to the shopping/restaurant/marina area where the hustle and bustle is. The beach front was so clean and the staff down there was wonderful. They even set up our chairs, umbrellas, and tables in the sand at the location we liked from the previous day. What a treat that it was all ready for us. The food was so good! Fresh pico (fav) and guacamole with chips and fun drinks was our daily go-to! I can't say enough good things about our time there. We 100% will be back! OH! And the view from our villa was amazing. Every morning a gorgeous sunrise over the water. Thank you Hacienda Beach Club, Cabo Platinum and Patrick! It was the best Cabo visit ever!

Beautiful condo and very clean. Patrick was very attentive as well. We had an issue with one safe not working and this was never fixed but otherwise, it was a wonderful stay! Walkability: The resort is a great location and walkable on the beach to many waterfront restaurants such as the Office and others plus the marina. Food & drinks: I can not personally recommend dining at the main resort restaurant only because their prices were outrageous. The food and drinks were very good but prices were too high.

I love this property. The location is perfect. You can swim in the turquoise water and enjoy all types of water activities. I enjoy the full service food/beverage at the beach. This is the best place to stay in Cabo. We traveled with 5 moms/daughters and the property is very safe and they arrange all transportation to restaurants/airport/clubs. Five stars all the way.
