Exit to the loggia. 1 double bedroom with bath/shower/bidet/WC. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette (5 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC, bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and air conditioning. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Farm house with characteristic pigeon-loft, beautifully renovated, with large outdoor areas provided with wood burning oven, r and gazebo, under the porch there are barbecue, pizza oven, dishwasher working top for eating al fresco near the swimming pool. It is surrounded by many sunflower fields. The property has automatic gates and offers total privacy beccaue the annex next to it is not for residential use. The interiors are evocative of a period house with a spacious living room with fireplace, big dining table, terracotta floorings, high beamed ceilings. The house is approx 2 km from the motorway access (800 m flying distance) which makes it ideal for visiting the most important towns in Tuscany. Very large, beautiful, comfortable villa, built in 1814, renovated, surrounded by meadows. 3 km from the centre of Monte San Savino, 7 km from the centre of Lucignano, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, in a sunny position, in the countryside. Private: property 6 ha, garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 230 cm, 08.04.-02.10. and 09.04.-01.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide). In the house: table tennis, central heating system, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot (01.11.-15.04.), heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04.. Room cleaning on request (extra).
