Natural stone floors. 3 terraces, patio, porch. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Marvellous panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The interior has authentic features. In the villa there is an old wood-burning oven.
The villa belongs to an ancient farm, under the protection of the fine arts and there is a small chapel on the farm which is still active. Possibility of tasting Chianti Classico wine, vinsanto and oil. The pool has Roman steps. Historical country house "Tuscany Villa 1132", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, renovated, surrounded by vineyards. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, in the district Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (70 m2, depth 140 cm, 03.04.-16.10.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning (extra).
