Sports are one of the main features at the Encore Resort - with a full size soccer field, 3 volleyball courts, two tennis courts and two basketball courts.
Encore resorts have also partnered with legendary football player Dan Marino, which you can meet during his promotional visits to the resort.

Club house shuttle bus, will collect you from your villa and bring you to the encore club. 7am - 7pm daily.

Great indoor kids play area with crafts, games, and the latest gaming systems with large TV screens.
A cool place for kids to have fun. Kids between the ages of 5 and 10 can be dropped off for the day and looked after by trained staff. The fee for the service is $10 per hour.

Feeling energetic, check out the state of the art fitness centre with treadmills, free weights, all in one machines and bikes.
The fitness centre is open from 7am to 1O pm

Finn’s Restaurant - Finn's Restaurant is great for casual dining serving a selecting of mouth watering burgers, sandwiches and salads. You can dine here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great place to get all the family together.
Finns is open from 8am to 9pm daily.
Bis Grill - Cool restaurant serving both French and Italian food. “Bis” in french and Italian means Encore.
You must also try the signature cocktails here. You can order from your sun lounger or under the shaded sails.
The Shark Lounge - Cool sports bar serving draft beers, wine and signature cocktails. Serving some basic bar food if you are peckish.
Hours of fun to be had here enjoying your favourite sports game.
Open from 11am am to 9pm daily.

Great way for your child to learn how to swim and fulfill their dreams. Your child will be given a mermaid tail, imagine the great photos you can take.
Classes start every friday at 11am at the water park.

Bike hire starts at 10 am and ends 1 hour before the park closes.

My family and I had a great stay at this lovely home. The location was a pretty quick drive to the parks and the grocery store and restaurants were close. My kids enjoyed the waterpark, playroom and pool. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen lacked a few items that would have been helpful but we were able to pick them up at the store. 
Wonderful home. It met all the needs of my family. Next to Hollywood Studios. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils. The photos demonstrate the reality
This house is beautiful and in such a great location. There are plenty of grocery stores to choose from to stock the fridge and close to restaurants if you chose to venture out. Having the pool and hot tub in the backyard was so convenient. The water park provides all day entertainment as well. I would highly recommend this property.

Our Story
In 2005, John Paul Donnelly, began his luxury villa journey. He spent three years building resorts and holiday apartments in Alanya, Turkey, along with his brother, Joe. The concept was to create the most luxurious villas on the Turkish coastline and provide clients, along with their family and friends, the opportunity to enjoy exclusive holidays together.
By 2008, after the successful development of 3 resorts, JP had well and truly fallen into the world of villa rentals. With a portfolio of 6 villas and a desire to explore new places, he decided it was time to take the villa rental business outside of Turkey. He wanted to give his clients access to beautiful holiday rentals in destinations across the globe.
The expanding villa rental company was rebranded in 2011 to 5 Star Villa Holidays, and today 5 Star Villa Holidays offers over 10,000 luxury villas around the world.
JP and his partner, Helena are currently travelling the globe, devoted to hand selecting the best villas and property management companies, and giving them their stamp of approval! 5 Star Villa Holidays' ambition goes beyond being an ordinary holiday rental company.
