Why choose Ibiza, Spain?

Down below, long stretches of soft white sand edged by dramatic cliffs, are perfect for lazing in the sun.

When you want to get busy, there are cliff walks, traditional stone villages, hiking trails, yoga retreats, cycling tours, boat cruises, water parks, wine tours and UNESCO World Heritage Sites to explore.

The northern side of the isle is the quietest side where you can get lost in hillside trails, hidden amongst the olive groves, vineyards and forests that cover the island. If you fancy an excursion on water, it is easy to take a boat trip over to Formentera, Barcelona or Valencia for the day or explore the coastline on a boat tour.

When you are ready to party, head into Ibiza Old Town where you'll find most of the island's clubs and bars, as well as restaurants and shops.

The vibe here is a glamorous mixture of laidback- cool and stylish partying so you'll find chillout bars where you can watch the sun set over the sea, beachside clubs where you can party until sunrise, foam parties, top international club nights and lots more.

Despite its reputation as Europe's party capital, Ibiza's long history as a bohemian retreat for celebrities and holidaymakers from all over the world, means it remains a popular, relaxing sunshine escape for families, couples and groups around the globe.
