What better way to give yourself a tour of the Solterra Resort than by lazy river? Grab an inflatable ring, hop on and float your way around underneath the palm trees.

Resort style pool
All of the luxury villas at Solterra Resort have their own private pools, but you can also swim in the large resort-style pool at the centre of the resort club. With beach-style access, it's perfect for all ages. Heated during the cooler months from December to April.
Open daily 8am to 11pm.
Water slide
The water slide, which sits right next to a cascading waterfall, is sure to keep your children entertained.
Open Monday to Thursday - 11am to 5pm; Friday to Sunday - 11am to 6pm.
Shady cabanas
After all of that swimming, or sliding, you can always unwind in one of the private, shady cabanas next to the pool. Grab a book, order a drink from the poolside tiki bar, and you're ready for some relaxation.
Playground
If you are travelling with little ones, there's plenty to keep them entertained on-site and nearby, including a playground next to the swimming pools. The play area is styled like a fort, so your children can channel their inner princess or knight!

Café Sol
Guests have their own poolside cafe and bar serving up a full menu of food and drinks, as well as chef's specials and ice cream, in a beautiful setting overlooking the Solterra pool.
The Café Sol menu features a choice of snacks, salads, sandwiches, pizza, hot dogs and tacos. Or you can build your own burger. How about fish tacos with a glass of crisp, white wine? Or, a Chicago-style hot dog with a cool beer?
There's also a special menu for little ones with a choice of main, fries or fruit, and a drink.

Meet at the lounge or patio
You'll also find a poolside patio with a fireplace to keep you warm on cooler evenings, as well as a lounge area where you can meet with friends and family before heading out to one of many restaurants close by. The clubhouse also benefits from free wi-fi, and you can order your favorite coffee from the resort barista if you are surfing the web, either for work, for planning your next day's activities, or to decide where to go for dinner.
The attractive towns of Davenport or Celebration are both less than 15 minutes' away, where you'll find every type of cuisine you could wish for, from breakfast to burgers, fast food to fine dining. Meanwhile, the golf resort at Champion's Gate is even closer and has more than 20 options, including bars, ice-cream, grills and worldwide cuisine. The choice is yours.

This is a great place to gather friends and family to go to Disney . It is a resort in itself with every entertaining feature to keep everyone happy. Very much thought was put into it from the double fridges to the double dishwashers made for entertaining large groups. The huge movie theater room and the panda treehouse were amazing. Will definitely book again.
We had a wonderful time in this home, even when is in quiet zone, everything it's close: supermarkets, gas station, restaurants and freeways.
Nice house perfect for large groups. Pool and pool heat were outstanding. You are directly across from the large community pool, restaurant, and lazy river. Easy access to parks, stores and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. Communication was great with quick response times. We booked this less than 24 hours before we arrived due to another place canceling and we had no issues.

Wilter is a man of many talents, with a persevering passion for technology, programming (of course!) and science, as well as being a talented musician who likes to unwind by playing the bass and piano in his spare time.
Our Story
In 2005, John Paul Donnelly, began his luxury villa journey. He spent three years building resorts and holiday apartments in Alanya, Turkey, along with his brother, Joe. The concept was to create the most luxurious villas on the Turkish coastline and provide clients, along with their family and friends, the opportunity to enjoy exclusive holidays together.
By 2008, after the successful development of 3 resorts, JP had well and truly fallen into the world of villa rentals. With a portfolio of 6 villas and a desire to explore new places, he decided it was time to take the villa rental business outside of Turkey. He wanted to give his clients access to beautiful holiday rentals in destinations across the globe.
The expanding villa rental company was rebranded in 2011 to 5 Star Villa Holidays, and today 5 Star Villa Holidays offers over 10,000 luxury villas around the world.
JP and his partner, Helena are currently travelling the globe, devoted to hand selecting the best villas and property management companies, and giving them their stamp of approval! 5 Star Villa Holidays' ambition goes beyond being an ordinary holiday rental company. It is a marketplace for luxurious and exclusive villas around the world.
